Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SQL queries to extract data, perform exploratory data analysis, and identify trends and anomalies.
  • Design and build interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights related to music streaming.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of user engagement, content performance, subscription models, and monetization strategies.
  • Identify key drivers of user retention, churn, and acquisition within music streaming services.
  • Collaborate with client teams, product managers, marketing specialists, and data scientists to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
  • Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise, and impactful presentations.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in data analytics and the music streaming market.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
  • Experience with a scripting language for data analysis (e.g., Python with pandas/NumPy or R).
  • Ability to analyze large datasets, draw conclusions, and communicate findings effectively.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
