Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, inventory, customer, and operational data.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, answer critical business questions, and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, define requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
- Identify data quality issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and work with engineering teams to ensure data integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Participate in efforts to document data sources, definitions, and analytical processes.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
- Proven experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling principles.
