Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources, including sales, inventory, customer, and operational data.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business trends.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives, answer critical business questions, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs, define requirements, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Identify data quality issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and work with engineering teams to ensure data integrity.
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership and cross-functional teams in a clear and concise manner.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Participate in efforts to document data sources, definitions, and analytical processes.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Proven experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
