Job Description
As a Data Analyst specializing in Business Intelligence at Access Bank Plc, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources using SQL and other data manipulation tools.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify patterns, correlations, and potential business opportunities or risks.
- Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, marketing, finance, risk) to understand business requirements and deliver relevant data insights.
- Support the development of data models and data warehousing solutions to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of business initiatives, providing data-backed insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices in data analytics, business intelligence, and financial technology.
Required Skills
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Demonstrable experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, QlikView).
