Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, interpret analytical results, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support urgent business needs and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across all analytical projects.
- Automate data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes where feasible.
- Present complex analytical findings clearly and concisely to non-technical audiences.
- Continuously research and apply new analytical techniques, tools, and technologies to improve data analysis capabilities.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Data Analyst or similar role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and scripting.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience in an industrial technology, manufacturing, or engineering environment.
