Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine quality control tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
  • Assist in the preparation and analysis of samples using various laboratory equipment and techniques.
  • Accurately record and document all test results and observations in accordance with established procedures.
  • Support senior Quality Control personnel in identifying and investigating non-conformities or deviations from quality standards.
  • Learn and adhere to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment under supervision.
  • Participate in data analysis and reporting of quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Continuously learn about new quality control methodologies and industry best practices.
