Key Responsibilities
- Assist passengers with check-in procedures, including verifying travel documents, issuing boarding passes, and handling baggage efficiently.
- Guide passengers to boarding gates, provide information regarding flight schedules, delays, and general airport queries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate with flight crew, baggage handlers, and other ground service personnel to ensure timely aircraft turnaround and departure.
- Oversee the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and weight distribution guidelines.
- Manage lost and found baggage inquiries, assisting passengers with tracing and recovery processes.
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks of the aircraft cabin, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for subsequent flights.
- Respond to passenger complaints and resolve issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex situations to supervisors when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all airline policies, safety regulations, and security procedures at all times to maintain a safe operating environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with a patient and empathetic approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift and move luggage (up to 25 kg).
- Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict operational and safety procedures.

- Previous experience in the aviation, hospitality, or customer service industry.
- Proficiency in additional Nigerian languages (e.g., Ibibio, Efik, Hausa, Yoruba, Igbo).
