Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, ensuring all equipment is in working order and supplies are stocked.
  • Welcome passengers onboard, assist with seating, and ensure cabin security and comfort throughout the flight.
  • Deliver pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.
  • Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities, ensuring a high standard of in-flight service.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to passenger requests and inquiries, resolving issues professionally.
  • Administer first aid to passengers as required and assist passengers with special needs.
  • Manage cabin emergencies, including evacuations, in accordance with established procedures and training.
  • Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
  • Complete all necessary flight documentation accurately and efficiently.
  • Work effectively as part of a cabin crew team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Strong customer service orientation with a pleasant and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure or in emergency situations.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Physical fitness to perform duties, including lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and to travel extensively.
  • Minimum height requirement (typically 5'4" for females and 5'6" for males) and proportionate weight.
  • Vision corrected to 20/20 with no color blindness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the aviation, hospitality, or customer service industry (1-2 years).
  • A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in additional Nigerian languages.
  • Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Familiarity with aviation safety procedures and regulations.
