Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, ensuring all equipment is in working order and supplies are stocked.
- Welcome passengers onboard, assist with seating, and ensure cabin security and comfort throughout the flight.
- Deliver pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrate the use of emergency equipment.
- Serve meals, beverages, and other amenities, ensuring a high standard of in-flight service.
- Respond promptly and courteously to passenger requests and inquiries, resolving issues professionally.
- Administer first aid to passengers as required and assist passengers with special needs.
- Manage cabin emergencies, including evacuations, in accordance with established procedures and training.
- Ensure compliance with all aviation regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Complete all necessary flight documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Work effectively as part of a cabin crew team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Minimum height requirement (typically 5'4" for females and 5'6" for males) and proportionate weight.
- Vision corrected to 20/20 with no color blindness.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the aviation, hospitality, or customer service industry (1-2 years).
- A diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Proficiency in additional Nigerian languages.
- Valid First Aid/CPR certification.
- Familiarity with aviation safety procedures and regulations.
