Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information and solutions regarding KnowBe4's products and services.
  • Assist customers with account setup, platform navigation, and general usage questions.
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Educate customers on best practices for utilizing the KnowBe4 platform to maximize their security posture.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product functionality and customer experience.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a tech-related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) and helpdesk ticketing systems.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
  • A genuine passion for helping customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Basic understanding of IT concepts and web applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with cybersecurity concepts or security awareness training platforms.
