Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote contact for clients, handling inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and a client-first approach.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
- Assist clients with account inquiries, transaction details, online banking support, bill payment issues, and general troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or specialists for resolution, ensuring seamless client experience.
- Document all client interactions and resolutions thoroughly and accurately within the CRM system.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest improvements to processes.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and security for all client information.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with product knowledge and service best practices.
