Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding bank products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with account-related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and courteously, escalating complex problems when necessary.
- Educate customers on the use of digital banking tools and services.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products and services that meet customer needs.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Adhere to all bank procedures, compliance regulations, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
- Stay informed about new products, services, and changes in banking regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or customer-facing role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
