Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to SkipTheDishes users (customers, couriers, and restaurant partners) via phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently resolve inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the SkipTheDishes platform and app.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, tech) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on company policies and procedures.
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to process improvements.
  • Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality assurance standards.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of empathy and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn new software.

  • Legal eligibility to work in Canada and a valid work permit (if applicable).

Preferred Qualifications
