As a Remote Customer Success Partner, you will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and mitigating risks for our partners. Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of Shipt business partners, serving as their primary point of contact and strategic advisor.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of partner organizations.
- Proactively engage with partners to understand their business goals, identify opportunities for growth, and address potential challenges.
- Onboard new partners effectively, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid time-to-value.
- Monitor partner health metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular business reviews to present performance insights, showcase product value, and align on future strategies.
- Act as an internal advocate for partners, collaborating with product, sales, and operations teams to resolve issues and influence product roadmap.
- Educate partners on new Shipt features, services, and best practices to drive adoption and maximize their investment.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Shipt services when appropriate, in collaboration with sales teams.
- Provide timely and effective resolution to partner inquiries and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Shipt’s customer success strategies and processes.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably in a SaaS, e-commerce, or technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing a portfolio of accounts, driving client satisfaction, and achieving retention goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust quickly with diverse stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and proactive with excellent organizational and time management skills in a remote work setting.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
