Gainsight is seeking a dedicated Customer Success Consultant to join our growing remote team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in guiding our diverse portfolio of clients, primarily across the US, to achieve maximum value from their investment in Gainsight’s cutting-edge Customer Success platform. You will serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client objectives, identifying opportunities for platform optimization, and fostering deep, lasting partnerships, all within a remote-first, collaborative setting. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary post-sales contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of Gainsight customers, building strong relationships remotely.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer business objectives, technical environments, and strategic priorities to align with Gainsight solutions.
- Conduct regular remote check-ins, business reviews, and executive-level meetings to track progress, identify risks, and celebrate successes.
- Proactively identify opportunities for product adoption, expansion, and optimization within customer accounts, providing expert guidance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless customer experience and address escalated issues.
- Educate customers on new product features, best practices, and industry trends to maximize their ROI and foster continuous engagement.
- Contribute to the development of Customer Success best practices, playbooks, and internal knowledge sharing for the remote team.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Consulting, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with enterprise-level clients remotely.
- Strong understanding of Customer Success principles and best practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on virtual presentation and active listening.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Customer Success platforms (e.g., Gainsight).
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach.
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in an autonomous, remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Gainsight or similar Customer Success platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
