Key Responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of remote client accounts, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive virtual engagement and regular check-ins.
- Conduct virtual product training sessions and demonstrations to ensure clients fully understand and utilize ADS solutions.
- Proactively identify client needs, pain points, and opportunities for additional product adoption or upselling.
- Gather and relay valuable client feedback to internal product development and sales teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Monitor client health metrics, identify potential risks, and implement strategies to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate effectively with internal sales, technical support, and product teams to address client needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Contribute to the creation and refinement of best practices and knowledge base articles for remote customer success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account activities within our CRM system.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in a virtual setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and trust remotely.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer success platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with virtual collaboration and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slack).
