Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide accurate information, solutions, and support for product/service-related questions and issues.
- Troubleshoot customer problems, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through empathetic and effective communication.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in the CRM system.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and company policies.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors in a remote work environment.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote setting.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based environment.
- High-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet workspace.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a genuine desire to help customers.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a contact centre or BPO environment.
