Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information and solutions.
- Actively listen to customers to understand their specific needs, identifying opportunities to offer relevant Santander products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to appropriate departments or specialists when necessary.
