Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and potentially chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding Coca-Cola products, services, order status, and company policies.
- Process orders, refunds, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex problems to the appropriate internal teams.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with sales, logistics, and other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
- Identify and report any recurring issues or trends to management for continuous improvement.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new product launches and promotions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and data privacy.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by being supportive and collaborative.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center or high-volume environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish proficiency is a strong asset.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, managing multiple priorities.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
