Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Provide comprehensive information regarding hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and general travel advice.
  • Assist guests with reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and other front desk operations, maintaining accuracy in all transactions.
  • Proactively identify guest needs and anticipate preferences to deliver personalized and exceptional service.
  • Handle guest complaints and challenging situations with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate effectively with various departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Maintenance, Food & Beverage) to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Process payments, manage cash handling, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Adhere strictly to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by assisting colleagues and participating in training initiatives.
  • Maintain a pristine and welcoming appearance of the front desk and lobby areas.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role, preferably within hospitality or a client-facing industry.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to resolve customer issues effectively and calmly under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for serving others.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and quick to learn new software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience with hotel property management systems (PMS), such as Opera.
  • Multilingual abilities are a significant advantage.
  • A degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field.
