Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service via in-person interactions and phone calls.

  • Accurately identify customer needs and effectively explain banking products and services, including digital banking tools and mobile applications.
  • Proactively resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate personnel when necessary.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all bank products, services, and compliance regulations.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and transactions are documented accurately and efficiently.
