Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone calls, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a courteous, helpful, and empathetic service experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system, ensuring complete and detailed records.
- Educate customers on Airtel's products, services, promotions, and self-service options.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) for call handling and resolution.
- Actively participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with a clear and articulate speaking voice.
- Strong active listening skills and ability to understand customer needs.
- Basic computer proficiency, including typing skills and familiarity with web browsers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any discipline.
