Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Provide comprehensive information about Tet's products, services, and promotions, guiding customers through options and solutions.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints, concerns, and technical issues, escalating complex cases to specialized departments when necessary.
- Maintain accurate customer records and detailed documentation of interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and contribute to the development of service policies.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and industry trends to provide informed support.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Latvian and English.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role (minimum 12 months).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of empathy, patience, and professional demeanor.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in the telecommunications or IT services industry.
- Additional language skills (e.g., Russian).
- Familiarity with various operating systems and basic technical troubleshooting.
