Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide expert guidance on services and products.
- Deliver accurate and comprehensive information regarding postal services, products, rates, and procedures.
- Assist customers efficiently with the sending and receiving of mail, parcels, and other shipments, ensuring proper handling.
- Process various transactions with precision, including bill payments, money orders, and retail purchases using our internal systems.
- Proactively resolve customer complaints and inquiries courteously and effectively, escalating complex issues to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment within the service area.
- Accurately handle cash and card payments, ensuring strict adherence to company financial procedures and security protocols.
- Skillfully promote additional services and products that genuinely meet customer needs and enhance their experience.
- Strictly adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, data protection, and customer privacy.
