Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with a professional and empathetic approach, escalating issues as necessary.
- Educate customers on policy details, coverage options, and available services, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Process policy changes, updates, and billing inquiries efficiently and accurately.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system with meticulous attention to detail.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments in a remote setting to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and contribute to process improvements.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry changes and company offerings.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when dealing with diverse customer needs.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
