Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Carvana customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing a wide range of inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Actively listen to customer concerns, identify root causes of issues, and provide effective, timely, and empathetic solutions.
  • Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently to access customer information, vehicle details, and company policies.
  • Educate customers on Carvana's innovative car buying process, financing options, trade-in procedures, and vehicle delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, underwriting, sales) to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a smooth customer journey.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute feedback to enhance Carvana's services and processes.
  • Adhere to Carvana's service standards and quality guidelines in all customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about new products, services, and policies to provide up-to-date and accurate information to customers.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service, call center, or client-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and maintain a positive, professional demeanor under pressure.
  • Proficiency with computers and comfort navigating various software applications simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
