Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, store operations, and promotional offers.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Educate customers on self-service options and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and consistent service delivery.
- Identify and report recurring customer issues or trends to management for continuous improvement.
- Strive to achieve first-contact resolution whenever possible, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company standards and regulatory requirements in all customer interactions.
Required Skills
