Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of key remote accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives, proactively managing expectations.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives, forecasts, and key account metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics, preparing regular reports on account status and health.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, operations, and product development to improve the entire customer experience.
  • Identify and grow opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring retention and driving increased revenue through strategic engagement.
  • Operate independently and proactively to manage your remote work environment and customer interactions effectively.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Customer Relationship Manager, Account Manager, or similar role, with demonstrated success in a remote or virtual setting.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation and with external customers.
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs and business objectives.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, adaptable to various communication channels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
