Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive remote channel CRM strategies aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage and optimize customer journeys across digital touchpoints, including email, social media, web chat, and virtual events.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage data, and identify trends and opportunities for engagement.
  • Analyze customer feedback and behavioral data to generate actionable insights and inform strategy adjustments.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service teams to ensure consistent messaging and seamless customer experiences across all remote channels.
  • Implement and oversee customer segmentation strategies for personalized communication and targeted campaigns.
  • Develop and deliver training and best practices for remote customer engagement to relevant internal teams.
  • Monitor remote channel performance metrics (e.g., retention rates, satisfaction scores, engagement levels) and report on key findings.
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in remote customer relationship management.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Customer Relationship Management, specifically within remote or digital channels.
  • Proficiency with leading CRM software platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, tailored for remote interactions.
