Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture a dedicated portfolio of key client accounts, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
  • Develop and execute strategic client engagement plans to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through remote interactions.
  • Proactively identify client needs, pain points, and opportunities for additional value creation through Ramsey Solutions offerings.
  • Conduct regular virtual meetings and check-ins with clients to review progress, address concerns, and provide tailored guidance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, support) to resolve client issues and enhance their experience.
  • Monitor client health metrics, analyze feedback, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to client success.
  • Educate clients on new features, best practices, and resources available to help them achieve their financial goals.
  • Document all client interactions, communications, and relevant account information accurately within our CRM system.
  • Act as a client advocate internally, communicating their needs and feedback to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships in a remote setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for clear, concise, and empathetic interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and virtual communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams).
