Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support across various communication channels (email, chat, phone).
- Identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and non-technical user issues efficiently and effectively.
- Educate users on Google products and features, guiding them to optimal solutions.
- Gather and relay user feedback to product development and engineering teams to drive improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex cases.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Google products, services, and policies.
- Contribute to the creation and improvement of help center content and FAQs.
- Adhere to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
