Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with banking transactions in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Identify customer needs and proactively recommend appropriate bank products and services, such as accounts, loans, and digital banking solutions.
- Educate customers on various banking options, digital tools, and self-service channels.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Handle customer complaints and provide effective, solutions-oriented resolutions, escalating complex matters when necessary.
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and security regulations to safeguard customer information.
- Contribute positively to a cohesive team environment and actively participate in achieving branch goals and initiatives.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.
