Key Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat for a wide range of inquiries.
- Guide customers through digital banking platforms, mobile apps, and online tools, troubleshooting technical issues as needed.
- Educate customers on Sunflower Bank's products and services, identifying opportunities to meet their financial goals.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and efficiency, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to all banking regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, products, and service updates.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1.5 years (18 months) of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
- Demonstrated empathy and patience when assisting customers.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and virtual communication tools.
