Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, addressing inquiries related to Spectrum Internet, TV, and Voice services.
- Perform basic to intermediate troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues, guiding customers through self-help steps.
- Educate customers on product features, service offerings, and billing inquiries, ensuring a clear understanding.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company’s CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional Spectrum products and services that meet customer needs.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs) for call handling and resolution.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing a positive and empathetic experience.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 6 months of customer service experience (e.g., retail, food service, call center).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional speaking voice.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, quiet home workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree or higher.
- Experience in a call center or telecommunications environment.
