As a Remote Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing a wide range of topics from product information and service offerings to technical support and account management. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and timely information.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Proficiency in using computers, web browsers, and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
