Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with product inquiries, locating items, and offering personalized recommendations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation, including merchandising, tidying shelves, and ensuring product availability.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving deliveries, replenishing stock, and conducting inventory checks.
- Promote Boots loyalty programs and current promotions to customers.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines.
