Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Actively listen to customers to understand their needs and concerns, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and actively participate in virtual team meetings and training sessions.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process enhancements.
  • Maintain a secure and productive home office environment.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics, including quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience (call center experience preferred).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple computer applications and systems simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Stable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload) and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
  • Strong active listening and de-escalation skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor in all interactions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a remote or work-from-home role.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish).
