Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to GoDaddy customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries related to domain names, web hosting, website builders, email, and other GoDaddy products.
  • Guide customers through product features, setup processes, and common technical issues.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate GoDaddy products and services to help them achieve their online goals.
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on new releases and features.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote team environment.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or technical support role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to empathize with customers and de-escalate challenging situations.
  • Proficiency in navigating multiple software applications and CRM systems.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies (e.g., domains, hosting, email).

  • Experience with web hosting, domain management, or website builder platforms.
