Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote contact for Regions Bank customers, addressing inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding accounts, services, transactions, and digital banking platforms.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to online banking, mobile apps, and other digital tools.
- Identify customer needs and effectively cross-sell or refer appropriate bank products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the bank's CRM system.
- Adhere strictly to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic service.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a holistic banking experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with product knowledge and service standards.
Required Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in navigating multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
- Demonstrated empathy and a customer-first mindset
