Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in various hospitality areas, including dining, entertainment, and general guest relations.
- Assist in organizing and executing onboard activities, events, and excursions, ensuring guest participation and enjoyment.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in all public and designated staff areas.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally, escalating issues as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with a multicultural team to deliver seamless service and uphold operational standards.
- Participate in safety drills and adhere to all health, safety, and security regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests and fellow crew members.
- Support food and beverage service, bar operations, or cabin services as assigned, demonstrating flexibility across roles.
- Undergo continuous training and development to enhance skills and career progression.
