Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure our primary CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or industry-specific CRM) to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM, performing regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
  • Provide front-line support and training to CRM users across various departments (sales, marketing, service).
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate business needs into CRM functionalities.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the CRM platform.
  • Assist in the integration of CRM with other business systems and third-party applications.
  • Stay updated with CRM best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
  • Document CRM configurations, processes, and user guides.
  • Participate in CRM upgrade and migration projects.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a CRM Administrator or Specialist with a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365).

  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and performing data analysis.
