Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure our primary CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or industry-specific CRM) to meet evolving business requirements.
- Ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM, performing regular audits and implementing corrective actions.
- Provide front-line support and training to CRM users across various departments (sales, marketing, service).
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and translate business needs into CRM functionalities.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings within the CRM platform.
- Assist in the integration of CRM with other business systems and third-party applications.
- Stay updated with CRM best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend enhancements.
- Document CRM configurations, processes, and user guides.
- Participate in CRM upgrade and migration projects.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a CRM Administrator or Specialist with a major CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, data management, and business processes.
- Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and performing data analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
