Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in comprehensive training programs focused on credit analysis, financial risk assessment, and banking regulations.
- Learn to evaluate credit applications from individuals and businesses by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.
- Assist in preparing detailed credit proposals and recommendations, ensuring alignment with the bank's credit policies and risk appetite.
- Monitor existing credit portfolios and identify potential risks or opportunities for improvement under supervision.
- Collaborate with sales, risk management, and legal teams to facilitate seamless client onboarding and credit processes.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of credit assessment processes and tools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing professional and knowledgeable support regarding credit products.
Required Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
