Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the credit control process, including monitoring customer accounts and identifying overdue payments.
- Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and letters to facilitate timely collections and resolve payment queries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit control activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer issues and prevent future payment delays.
- Prepare regular reports on account statuses, payment trends, and collection forecasts.
- Support the implementation of credit policies and procedures to minimise financial risk.
- Undertake administrative tasks as required to support the finance department.

- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
