Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the credit control process, including monitoring customer accounts and identifying overdue payments.
  • Communicate professionally with clients via phone, email, and letters to facilitate timely collections and resolve payment queries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all credit control activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer issues and prevent future payment delays.
  • Prepare regular reports on account statuses, payment trends, and collection forecasts.
  • Support the implementation of credit policies and procedures to minimise financial risk.
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required to support the finance department.
