Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all members and guests upon their arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Diligently verify Costco membership cards for all individuals entering the warehouse.
- Effectively direct members to specific departments, products, or services as needed.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding store layout, current promotions, and available services.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and safe entrance and exit area, ensuring it is free of any hazards.
- Proactively engage with members to offer assistance and answer general inquiries with a friendly attitude.
- Monitor entrance and exit areas to prevent unauthorized entry or exit and ensure security.
- Assist with pedestrian and cart traffic control during peak hours, ensuring a smooth and safe flow of members.
- Report any unusual activities, security concerns, or suspicious behaviors to management promptly.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, and member service excellence.
