Key Responsibilities
- Greet members enthusiastically and provide prompt, friendly, and efficient service.
- Assist members with product selection, locate merchandise, and answer product-related questions accurately.
- Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using POS systems, including cash, credit, and debit card payments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor, including merchandising products and setting up displays.
- Handle member inquiries and resolve issues professionally and courteously, escalating complex problems to management when necessary.
- Actively promote Costco membership benefits and services to existing and potential members.
- Perform general stock duties, including receiving, rotating, and stocking merchandise.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and security guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily operational goals and ensure a positive shopping environment.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records as required.
Required Skills

Preferred Qualifications
