Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently review and process incoming online orders, ensuring accuracy of product codes, quantities, and member information.
- Monitor order statuses from placement through delivery, proactively identifying and resolving potential delays or issues.
- Communicate effectively with members regarding their orders, providing updates, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns via email, chat, or phone.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to verify stock availability and expedite order fulfillment when necessary.
- Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies, shipping errors, or damaged goods issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize internal order management systems and communication platforms to document interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with customer service and other departments to ensure a seamless and positive member experience.
- Stay updated on product information, promotional offers, and company policies relevant to online sales and fulfillment.
- Contribute to process improvements for increased efficiency and member satisfaction in remote operations.
