Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock management, and facilitate order fulfillment processes.
- Support warehouse and floor staff with operational needs, ensuring a smooth workflow.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and quality control standards.
- Generate operational reports, analyze data, and identify areas for process improvement.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to resolve operational issues.
- Assist in the training and onboarding of new operational staff members.
- Handle administrative tasks related to operations, including scheduling and record-keeping.
- Act as a point of contact for operational inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
- Contribute to a positive and productive work environment by fostering teamwork and open communication.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or a retail support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
