Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately restock shelves with merchandise during non-operating hours.
- Organize and consolidate products in the warehouse and on the sales floor.
- Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment safely and effectively.
- Ensure proper rotation of products, paying close attention to expiration dates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments as needed.
- Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently.
- Prepare the warehouse and sales floor for opening each day, ensuring merchandise is accessible and presentable.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise frequently (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled night shifts.
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations or willingness to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, retail, or stocking role.
- Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment (certification preferred but not required).
