Job Description

CWT is seeking a dedicated and client-focused Corporate Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Argentina. This full-time, remote position is perfect for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses expert knowledge of the travel industry, particularly within the corporate sector. As a Corporate Travel Consultant, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued corporate clients, responsible for managing their end-to-end travel needs. This includes crafting complex itineraries, booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and other travel-related services, all while ensuring strict adherence to client travel policies and budget constraints. You will leverage your proficiency with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to secure the best possible arrangements and provide seamless service. Beyond bookings, your role will involve proactive problem-solving, managing unexpected changes, and offering expert advice to minimize travel disruptions. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and process corporate travel requests, including air, hotel, car, rail, and ground transportation, in compliance with client travel policies and preferences.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo to research, book, and confirm travel arrangements efficiently and accurately.
  • Provide expert advice on destination requirements, visa regulations, travel insurance, and cost-effective travel solutions.
  • Handle complex itineraries, multi-segment bookings, and international travel requirements.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential travel disruptions, rebooking and modifying arrangements as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, responding to inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process changes, cancellations, and refunds, ensuring accuracy and adherence to airline/vendor policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, acting as a trusted travel advisor.
  • Ensure all bookings adhere to CWT's quality control standards and invoicing procedures.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, travel advisories, and technological advancements to better serve clients.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Corporate Travel Consultant or similar role.
  • Proven proficiency in at least one major Global Distribution System (GDS) such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
  • Strong knowledge of international fare rules, airline ticketing, hotel booking procedures, and car rental processes.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, managing time effectively and meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in additional languages (e.g., Portuguese).
  • Experience with online booking tools and corporate travel management platforms.
  • Relevant certifications in travel and tourism.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
