Key Responsibilities
- Assist in financial analysis, including reviewing client financial statements and preparing credit applications.
- Conduct market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the Corporate Banking team in preparing client presentations and proposals.
- Participate in client meetings and internal strategy sessions, taking notes and contributing insights.
- Help manage and update client relationship databases and ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including risk management, product groups, and global teams.
- Research and analyze potential investment opportunities and M&A transactions.
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and client service.
- Learn about regulatory compliance requirements and internal policies.
- Shadow senior bankers to gain insights into client interactions and deal execution.
Required Skills
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Demonstrated interest in corporate finance, banking, or capital markets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications
