Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear, concise, and compelling copy for all advertising and marketing materials, including digital ads, social media, website content, email campaigns, brochures, press releases, and in-branch signage.
- Ensure all written content aligns with NCB's brand guidelines, tone of voice, and strategic marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing managers, product teams, and compliance officers to ensure accuracy, relevance, and regulatory compliance of all communications.
- Proofread and edit copy to eliminate errors in grammar, punctuation, and spelling, ensuring high-quality, error-free content.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience insights to inform content strategy.
- Adapt writing style and tone to suit different platforms and target segments, maintaining consistency across all channels.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns and content initiatives.
- Manage multiple writing projects simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines and quality standards.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
