Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to Kilimanjaro's recipes and quality standards.
  • Ensure all food items are prepared in a timely manner and maintain proper portion sizes.
  • Adhere strictly to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations (HACCP principles).
  • Assist with inventory management, including checking stock levels, receiving deliveries, and minimizing waste.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation and kitchen area throughout shifts.
  • Collaborate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
  • Monitor food freshness and quality, rotating ingredients as needed.

Required Skills
